Effective immediately, due to the recent detection of CBB on feral coffee on Molokai and CBB on Kauai in 2020, bagging requirements for interisland movement of green coffee will now be single bagging only.  Existing permits will not be amended to reflect this change, however, newly issued permits will reflect this change.
