11th Annual State of Hawai'i Cupping Contest 

and US Coffee Champs Preliminary Competitions

on July 25-27, 2019

at the Ala Moana Hotel - Honolulu, Oahu, Hawai'i

The HCA conference will run Thursday through Saturday, July 25-27.

Thursday will feature a no-host welcome cocktail reception beginning at 5:30 PM.

Friday will be a full day (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) of speakers, sessions, and events.

Saturday will be another full day (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) of speakers, sessions, and events, culminating with dinner and the announcement of the 11th annual cupping competition winners.

On Friday and Saturday during the conference we will have workshops on soil health, fermentation with yeasts, roasting and cupping workshops, and speaker sessions.  We will also be hosting a US Coffee Champs Preliminary Barista and Brewers Cup Competitions, and going on tours of the Kō Hana Rum Company, and the Hawai’i Agriculture Research Center (HARC) in Kunia with a field tour of their ongoing research projects.
