Roast & Roots Community Event

The 2014 HCA Conference includes a delicious celebration of Hawaii’s favorite flavors, “Roast & Roots” starring Raiatea Helm in concert, Saturday, July 19, 2014, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Sheraton Kona Resort & Spa at Keauhou Bay - Convention Center. 

Enjoy arts and food booths, ”mystery box” cooking demo by Sam Choy, People’s Choice coffee-cupping contest and chef-student culinary competitions. Plus entertainment by Mark Yamanaka, Kaleo Perry and Dennis Garcia leading up to Raiatea Helm concert at 2 p.m.
