Become an Exhibitor at the Hawaii Coffee Association's 28th Annual Conference, Trade Show & Statewide Cupping Competition.
The event starts with a Welcome Reception on Thursday evening and officially kicks off on Friday. On Friday and Saturday, we will host a variety of workshops and informative speaker sessions.
We invite you and your company to participate as an Industry Exhibitor. We expect to have a vibrant and interactive group of attendees and presenters at this year’s event. Participating in the conference and promoting your business throughout brings you closer to the farmers, roasters, industry leaders and stakeholders.
The Trade Show will be held in Jasmine III room (2,772 sq ft) and overflow into the pre-function area. There will be no booths. Each exhibitor gets a 30”x6’ table and two chairs and will set up in the approximately 8’x8’ space, if you think you will require more space, please let us know.
Kauai Beach Resort & Spa Room Block for Conference Attendees and Exhibitors
Reservations, at a special conference rate, are available for booking at the Kauai Beach Resort & Spa through May 15th, with room rates starting at $210. Number of available rooms is limited!
Each Exhibitor Display includes one Full Registration for the 3-day event inclusive of meals, reception and dinner, (a $300.00 value). It also includes a one-year certified membership for your organization in the HCA (a $125 value).
We are offering you this opportunity for $800*. We encourage you to register at your earliest convenience, as there is a limited number of booths available. Submission deadline is June 2.
For additional fee you may make a 30-minute presentation of your company’s product or services during the conference breakfast or lunch.
