HCA 2023 Conference Coffee Break Sponsorship

During our conference program on Friday and Saturday our goal is to highlight coffees from throughout the Hawaiian Islands, which will be specially brewed by the professional baristas. We will be featuring coffee at breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday, as well as offering a 15-minute Coffee break mid-morning on Friday and Saturday. We are looking for farms and companies who would like to highlight their 100% Hawaiian coffee to the top coffee professionals in the state of Hawaii.

Each sponsor will be required to provide 3 lbs. of a high quality, non-flavored, Hawaiian coffee, fresh roasted to their specifications and provided to our specialty brewers in Whole Bean form. Promotional material highlighting each coffee will also be accepted to display during the serving. Businesses interested in Sponsoring a Coffee Break or meal must register and send a 2-4oz sample to the Conference Committee at Outpost Cafe, Attn: HCA Conference Coffee Break, 4-771 Kuhio Hwy, Suite 103, Kapaa, HI 96746.

Rates for sponsorship are as follows:

• Breakfast Coffee Service - Espresso - $175 - two spots available (Friday or Saturday)
• Breakfast Coffee Service - Drip - $175 - two spots available (Friday or Saturday)
• Mid-morning Coffee Break - Drip - $175 - two spots available (Friday or Saturday)
• Lunch Coffee Service - Drip - $175 - two spots available (Friday or Saturday)
• Dinner Coffee Service - Drip - $200 - one spot available (Friday only)

The registration deadline is June 9th. You can ship your coffee in advance (address above) or bring it with you to the conference and leave at the registration desk on Thursday.
