Following up on the success of this event at last year’s conference - the People’s Choice Cup is returning! We will again be shaking things up during the conference Coffee Breaks! We will be spotlighting exceptional coffees from across the Hawaiian Islands, brewed with filtered water and professional café equipment to bring out their best.

Each of the four daily coffee breaks—breakfast, mid-morning, lunch, and afternoon will feature a head-to-head pairing of coffees submitted by our incredible coffee community.

Attendees will sample these pairings throughout the day, then cast a single vote for their overall favorite. The most-voted coffee will take home the People’s Choice Cup, to be presented on Friday just prior to the Best of Hawai'i announcements.

Mahalo for the generous sponsorship by Monarch Coffee - the usual $175 entry fee is completely waived. It’s free to enter!

How to Enter:
Register online first (to ensure an available slot) and then deliver or ship 4 lbs of non-flavored roasted coffee to:

All online registrations must be complete and coffees must be received at Maui Oma by 3:00 PM HST Friday, July 17, 2026.

Coffee pairings will be determined on a first-registered basis via this online entry form, so don’t wait to sign up.

No Dark / Lava roast coffees will be accepted.
