A - Full Conference - Early Bird Before June 1, 2025 – $450.00
Full Conference Registration. All events and meals on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Must be purchased prior to June 1, 2025.
B - Full Conference – $485.00
Full Conference Registration. All events and meals on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
C - Emerging Business – $250.00
Intended for the Small Coffee Farmer & Small Coffee-affiliated Business. Please review the criteria and confirm applicability before registering.
D - Friday-only Conference – $300.00
Friday-only Conference Registration. All events and meals on Friday
E - Saturday-only Conference – $300.00
Saturday-only Conference Registration. All events and meals on Saturday.
F - Friday Night - Awards Dinner Only – $175.00
Friday Night Awards Dinner. No conference events.

Definitions:

Small Coffee Farm: 2 acres or less in coffee production

Small Coffee-affiliated Business: Fewer than 2 employees (excluding family members)

Includes:

Full conference session access on Friday and Saturday

Trade show access on Friday and Saturday

Lunch on Friday and Saturday

Does NOT include:

Thursday evening reception

Breakfast on Friday and Saturday

Dinner on Saturday
