The Hawaii Coffee Association proudly announces that the 24nd Annual Conference and Cupping Competition has been scheduled for July 25 through 27, 2016 at the Ala Moana Hotel, Honolulu.
The event starts with a Welcome Reception on Thursday evening beginning at 5:30 and officially kicks off on Friday.
On Friday and Saturday during the conference we will have workshops on soil health, fermentation with yeasts, roasting and cupping workshops, and informative speaker sessions. We will also be hosting the Hawai’i Coffee Championships including Barista and Brewer’s Cup competitions, touring of the Kō Hana Rum Company and the Hawai’i Agriculture Research Center (HARC) in Kunia with a field tour of their ongoing research projects.
